It all starts with a phone call. From there we will setup a time which is convenient for you to visit your home and get a good look at the potential project.
Let’s Get to Know the Basics.
So you've decided you want to remodel a part of your home. What's next?! While the process CAN be stressful, I will do everything possible to alleviate some, if not all, of your concerns. To most companies, you are a transaction (and it will feel that way). To me, you are family.
While I love to build my family and encourage all of my clients to choose me, I also encourage you to do your homework. Remodeling your home is a big investment - one that should take time. I always recommend that my potential customers meet with multiple contractors and get a feel for each one. While price is likely a major deciding factor for you, keep in mind that you'll need to see this person daily for sometimes months. Hire someone you enjoy being around and it'll make the process so much more comfortable.
Budget Planning
After our initial meeting we will begin coming up with a rough budget. This budget uses our experience in the field to determine current market costs and provides you with an accurate picture of your potential budget.
Design Phase
After our preliminary budget has been approved, deposits will be discussed and we can dive into the fun! At this point you can choose to partner with a designer or we can guide you through the decision process in house.
Final Budget:
Once we've determined all of our finish and design work we will furnish you with a finalized budget. This will determine the exact cost of your remodel barring any rare unforeseen circumstances.
Build
This can be the most stressful part of the entire project. Having people in your home interrupts your day to day routine and comfort. We pride ourselves in our ability to adapt to our customers needs and provide you with as little disruption as possible. One thing remains constant on all of our jobsites: Cleanliness. Your home will be cleaner when we leave than it was when we started.
Finish Line
The day you've dreamed of! Your remodel is nearing completion. During the last week of progress we will walk through the remodel with you and address any concerns you may have. We do not leave until you are 100% satisfied. From there we provide a fantastic warranty and will always maintain contact in case you should need us again.
